Despite these changes, it still turned out great! 1 C oatmeal, 1/2 C whole wheat, 1/2 C white flour, 1/3 C brown sugar, 1/3 C granulated sugar, 1/3 C applesauce (mine was sweetened), and I only used 1 egg, because it was all I had! Oh, and walnuts instead of pecans. I used a muffin tin and they baked for about 30 min. Delicious for breakfast, and I don't feel as guilty! THanks!Saritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01476901032012005584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6194084322902891838.post-37952044851485014642010-04-19T08:19:44.782+01:002010-04-19T08:19:44.782+01:00This was great. It worked wonderfully and the bread is super moist. Also use about 1/2 the sugar. <br />Will be making this again!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6194084322902891838.post-24053257630743998532010-03-14T17:01:20.965+00:002010-03-14T17:01:20.965+00:00Great recipe !
