Cheese-Crusted Cottage Pie

A cottage pie oozes flavour and makes a simple but sensational family meal. It is the perfect winter warming food and a classic british dish. This is one of my family's favorite Cottage Pie recipes, with the added bonus of a cheese crust. I have included the link if you would like to re-create this winter warmer.

  2. Hi Ruth

I must say I think the cheesy topping adds even more flavour. Here is an option for you, next time after dishing yours, add some cheese and pop under the grill for a few seconds ;o)

  4. I am enjoying surfing through your blog Maria. So many delicious recipes that are to throw me off my vow to eat NO sweets. Of course that is unrealistic considering I am a Daring Baker :D I am enjoying my visit!
