This month over at Sweet and Simple Bakes I presented this easy but delicious recipe for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. I am looking forward to seeing another great round up and reading everyone's entries.
If you would like to re-create these muffins, you can find the recipe here.
My favourite combo, my muffins never look that good ;)
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling these are usually eaten ever-so-slightly warm, so that the chocolate is still a little soft?:) Banana and chocolate - what's not to love?:)
ReplyDeleteThese look so much better than mine. I scorched mine and had to photograph the least baked one!!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful recipe Maria and one I will be baking again & again :)
ReplyDeleteYour muffins look delicious sweetie!

ReplyDeleteThese look lovely and have risen beautifully!
ReplyDeleteHi Maria. These look delicious. I have made some cupcakes with bananas a few weeks ago but I don't know the difference between muffins and cupcakes. Can I post this recipe? I still have time if you reply soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for the wonderful comments as always ;o)
ReplyDeleteIvy the idea of SSB is to follow the recipe posted every month and everyone follows the same recipe so they can talk about their experiences with it as this is aimed at new and developing bakers. Cupcakes and Muffins are not the same, cupcakes will always use butter, while muffins call for oil instead and I personally find that cupcakes are sweeter (with the added frost topping).
